This fantastic four-bedroom villa in the countryside is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in a quiet and relaxing area. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Albufeira de Montargil, Almourol Castle), good restaurants and shops, and the Ponte de Sor station is just 7 minutes drive away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my home! Tastefully decorated, this charming villa with 250m2 is the perfect escape into the calm region of the centre of Portugal. The traditional architecture of Alentejo homes is presented in all areas of the house. The wide living room features comfy sofas where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a large dining table. The room has multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The four bedrooms come with three queen beds and a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. You can enjoy the swimming pool and the surrounding area with outdoor activities. The heated swimming pool is available from June 1st to September 15th for an additional fee. The property is surrounded by a large orchard and an organic vegetable garden, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh fruit and vegetables straight from the garden. The entire house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

5⭐️ المنزل: الموقع، المكان، المساحة الرائعة والراحة التي توفرها الغرف. بعض الغرف لم تكن مزودة بتكييف مباشر، ولكنها كانت مزودة بأجهزة تدفئة تؤدي نفس الوظيفة وبكثير من البطانيات! ديكور جميل جداً مع تفاص
