Located a 5-minute drive from the airport and a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Ponta Delgada, where you can explore the fantastic gastronomy of the local restaurants. Whether you want to relax or experience the city, this villa has all the amenities for relaxation and is well located for exploring the island.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious American-style kitchen with high-quality appliances, an elegant dining room, and a large, bright living room with access to the outdoor area. This floor also features a furnished bedroom with a double bed and a shared bathroom. Upstairs, there is a master suite with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, and terrace. There are also two other bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with bunk beds (one double bed and one single bed on top). These three bedrooms share a shared bathroom on the same floor. The outdoor area is equally impressive: a terrace with space for dining and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
