Welcome to TheBlueStay! Discover this elegant 30m² apartment, ideally located in the heart of Paris. Completely renovated by an architect, this high-standard apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a stay with friends or as a couple.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment equipped for your needs: Living room: An inviting space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table for convivial moments. Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bedroom: A cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and quality bed linen. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Additional information : The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without elevator. Please note: Renovation work on the stairwell is underway in the building through June 28, 2026. Noise disturbances are possible Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM. We are, of course, available to assist with any needs you may have and thank you in advance for your understanding. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is on Rue Saint-Denis, a very busy central street. In the evening and at night, the street stays busy, with a party crowd and prostitution-related activity: the atmosphere can feel unsettling. If you are travelling with children or looking for a residential area, please take this into account. * Sound insulation is poor: noise from the street, the neighbours and the stairwell can be heard in the apartment, especially in the evening and at night. This may bother light sleepers. * With 30 m² (323 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and space becomes tight. In the bedroom, the double bed is fitted between the walls, which may bother tall guests or anyone who feels cramped in an enclosed space. * The apartment is on the 1st floor with no lift. You reach it through a very narrow ground-floor corridor and then the stairs: with large suitcases or a pushchair, getting through is awkward. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be right in the centre, in the 2nd arrondissement, a 4-minute walk from Réaumur-Sébastopol and Étienne Marcel metro stations and within walking distance of the Louvre and Notre-Dame, with an equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide. However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
