Enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming studio, well decorated and equipped to meet all your needs: Living room: Comfortable living room with double bed, TV and dining table. Ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen: An open-plan kitchen, equipped with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Washing machine, Wi-Fi access included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The studio is on the ground floor, right next to the building entrance, on a street where several bars and cafés stay open late. Residents coming and going and street noise can be heard inside in the evening, at night and early in the morning, which may bother light sleepers. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 17th arrondissement, 120 m from Place de Clichy metro station (line 2), in a 20 m² (215 sq ft) studio with a washing machine and a bed our guests describe as comfortable.
