Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Washing machine, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a secure building without elevator. Important information: The Saint-Denis Street, where the apartment is located, was once a hotbed of Parisian prostitution. There are still a few prostitutes in the area, and you may notice vestiges of this history. Today, the area is best known for its lively atmosphere, while remaining a safe neighborhood. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The studio is on the 3rd floor with no lift and the building's staircase is narrow. Carrying large suitcases up takes effort, and access is difficult for older guests or people with reduced mobility. * At 21 m² (226 sq ft), the studio is compact. The bed is a double sofa bed in the main room and there is little space for large suitcases. It suits one person or a couple for a short stay. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. The studio overlooks an inner courtyard and stays quiet, in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Réaumur-Sébastopol metro station (lines 3 and 4), with grocery shops and restaurants right outside the building.
