Welcome to TheBlueStay! Discover this spacious 120m² apartment for up to 10 people. This modern, well-equipped accommodation is ideal for a memorable stay with family or friends.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this well-appointed apartment designed to meet all your expectations: Living room: A spacious and inviting area featuring two double sofa beds, a TV and a dining table, ideal for convivial moments after a busy day. Open kitchen: Modern and fully equipped, with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine and everything you need to prepare your meals with ease. Bedrooms: Three elegant bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed and decorated with care for optimal rest. Bathrooms: Three contemporary bathrooms, two with WC, all with shower, hairdryer and welcome kits (shower gel and shampoo). For added convenience, a separate toilet is also available. Additional amenities: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron, large-screen TV and Wi-Fi access included. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and one set of towels per person are provided. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The old building has poor soundproofing and the street stays busy late into the evening, with its bars and restaurants. You can hear the upstairs neighbours and people using the stairs, and, with the windows open, the street noise at night. If you are a light sleeper, please take this into account. * The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift. The building's entrance and staircase are poorly maintained, which can come as a surprise on arrival, and luggage has to be carried up on foot. It is not suitable for older guests or guests with reduced mobility. * During heatwaves, the apartment can get very hot at night. You then need to sleep with the windows open, which lets in the street noise. If you are sensitive to heat, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will enjoy 120 m² (1,292 sq ft) in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, 3 minutes' walk from Réaumur metro station, with three bedrooms that each have their own shower room, a washing machine and a dryer.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide. However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided.
