Stay in the heart of Paris in this small cozy 15 m² studio apartment, ideal for solo travelers or couples. Fully equipped and ideally located near Le Marais, Pompidou Centre and major metro lines, it's the ideal base for discovering the City of Light.

This small cozy 15 m² studio apartment is located on the first floor of a typical Parisian building, in the vibrant and central 2nd arrondissement. It offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay, whether you're visiting solo or as a couple. The main room combines a sleeping area and a living space. A high-quality sofa bed offers a cosy double sleeping solution, and you'll also find a flat-screen TV and a table for dining or working. The compact yet functional kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, Nespresso machine, and all the necessary tableware with a small window overlooking the inner courtyard, providing natural light. We’ve provided coffee, tea and sugar to help you settle in right away. The bathroom includes a shower, integrated toilet, hair dryer and welcome toiletries (shampoo and shower gel). Everything is designed to meet the needs of short stays in Paris. For added comfort, the studio features high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron, and fresh bed linen and towels for each guest. Please note: Renovation work on the stairwell is underway in the building through June 28, 2026. Noise disturbances are possible Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM. We are, of course, available to assist with any needs you may have and thank you in advance for your understanding.

The apartment is entirely yours and accessible 24/7 via a secure self-check-in system. Please note, the studio is located on the first floor and the building does not have an elevator. No private parking is available, but several public car parks are nearby.

Self check-in is available at any time via our detailed arrival guide. If you arrive after 11:00 PM, it’s essential to read and follow the guide carefully, as we won’t be able to assist you during the night in case of misunderstanding. Our team is available every day from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM through the booking platform or by phone. Feel free to reach out with any questions before, during, or after your stay.
