Welcome to my 20 m² ground-floor studio in the 18th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its queen-size bed, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located just 5 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Lights.

Welcome! The entrance door of this 20 m² studio opens into an elegantly decorated space and very calm. The living area features a very comfortable sofa, a television, and a dining space with a table for two guests. It opens onto a private courtyard with a table and chairs to make the most of sunny days. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils needed for preparing your meals (microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine). The sleeping area boasts a queen-size bed (160 x 200) meticulously made with high-quality hotel linens. Ample closet space is available to help you feel right at home. The bathroom has a sink, a mirror, a shower, and a toilet. A washing machine is also provided. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

كانت شقة صغيرة رائعة مع سهولة الوصول إلى محطتي مترو ومطاعم ومحلات بقالة قريبة. تقع الشقة في الطابق الأول ولكنك شعرت بالأمان الشديد لأنها تقع في الجزء الخلفي من فناء المبنى.
