Welcome to my 82 m² apartment on the ground floor in Paris's 2nd arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms. Ideally located 1 minute from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the city.

Welcome to this beautiful 82 m² , located on the ground floor (no elevator). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location in a quiet street near Le Sentier, Le Marais, and Les Halles, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room equipped with a non-convertible sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils, and dishes. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully designed to offer comfort and tranquility. The queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably. There is two bathrooms with 2 showers and a bathtub. There is also a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. The toilet is included in the bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Renting this apartment requires the signing of a lease, which is a legal obligation to be fulfilled in parallel with the reservation made. Rentals are for a minimum of 30 days.
