The 16th arrondissement, in particular, is known for its wide, tree-lined thoroughfares, luxurious Haussmann-style buildings and magnificent gardens. It is one of the most peaceful arrondissements in Paris, with quick access to CDG (Charles de Gaulle) and Orly airports. The flat is close to many museums. If you're an art lover, visit the Fondation Louis Vuitton, the Musée Marmottan Monet, the Musée de la Gare d'Orsay, the Musée Guimet, the Musée Baccarat, the Musée Nationale de la Marine, the Musée du Grand Palais, the Musée Quai de Branly, the Musée Baccarat and the Palais de Tokyo, to name but a few. Sports fans will not be left out, with the Bois de Boulogne (jogging), the Parc des Princes stadium, the Longchamp racecourse and Roland Garros. Fashion lovers will be delighted by the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and the Palais Galliera. For the fashion-conscious, there's the Avenue George V, the Avenue Montaigne and the famous shopping street of Passy. For the more erudite, there's also the Maison de Balzac, dedicated to the author, and the Musée du Vin. As you stroll along, you'll be surprised to discover the unsuspected charms and medieval atmosphere of rue Berton. Finally, the Trocadero esplanade, less than 7 minutes away, offers a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower. The presence of numerous embassies makes our district one of the safest in Paris.

Located on the ground floor, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully-equipped kitchen, a bright living room, two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom. The metro line 2, will give you easy access to the Capital's historic sites.

Welcome to your Parisian haven! As you step through the door of this 100m² apartment, you are greeted by a bright and elegantly decorated space, featuring a beautiful marble statue in its alcove. The living room, located on the ground floor, is flooded with natural light and offers a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a marble desk, and a Queen-size bed. A spacious wardrobe with a safe adds both comfort and security to this inviting space. The master bedroom includes a King-size bed, a work area for your moments of productivity, and a large closet for your belongings. It is truly a tranquil sanctuary. All beds are impeccably made with hotel-quality linens to ensure your ultimate comfort. The kitchen, fully equipped, is designed to meet all your culinary needs. You’ll find all the appliances and utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals. The cozy lounge area, with its comfortable sofa, invites you to relax, while the dining table for four is perfect for enjoying your meals. The two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with an Italian-style shower, are provided with soft, high-quality towels. The toilets are separate for added convenience. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your use. If you're traveling with a baby, a crib can also be provided if needed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Now all that’s left to do is enjoy!
