Ideally located just 4 minutes from Télégraphe metro station, it offers easy access to the city's historical landmarks. This apartment is available on a Mobility lease only.

Situated on the 10th floor with an elevator, this modern and tastefully decorated 58m² apartment is conveniently located near top Paris attractions, such as Cimetière du Père-Lachaise and Butte Chaumont. The apartment features an open floor plan. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and a dining table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, a kettle, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The apartment also offers a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, such as a bath, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
