This charming studio offers a well-thought-out and functional layout, ideal for a comfortable stay in Paris. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a central hallway that leads to the various rooms of the apartment. On the left of the entrance, you’ll find the independent toilet, conveniently located and easily accessible. As you continue down the hallway, you reach the fully equipped kitchen: cooking hob, refrigerator, oven/microwave, dishes, and utensils are provided to prepare your meals just like at home. The hallway then opens into a spacious and bright living area, set up as a dining room/living room. This welcoming space includes: A dining table for sharing meals with family or friends. A sofa bed, providing a comfortable sleeping space for two children or guests. At the far end of the apartment, you’ll find a separate bedroom with: A double bed, perfect for a couple or a solo guest looking for extra comfort. An attached modern bathroom, with a shower, sink, and storage. The layout of the apartment is designed to maximize space and comfort, while ensuring a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas.

By Car Rue Étienne Jodelle is a small one-way street, typical of Parisian neighborhoods. It is accessible from major roads such as Avenue de Clichy or the périphérique ring road via Porte de Clichy.
