Welcome to my home! Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer. This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably. Fitted with a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Note: The flat has been renovated recently. Enjoy your stay!

Shopping area, with everything nearby (super market, Monoprix at the bottom of the building, pharmacy, bakery) joinville market on Thursday and Sunday. Restaurants, bars, cafe. 9 minutes from the Parc de la Villette, 5 minutes from the canal and 15 minutes from the Buttes Chaumont.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
