Functional and comfortable, it features a double bed, a single sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi access. It is an ideal base for exploring Paris or for a business trip.

This spacious studio is designed to provide all the comfort you need during your stay in Paris. The main living area features a 140 x 200 cm double bed and a single sofa bed, accommodating up to three guests. You will also find a dining and workspace with a table and three chairs, as well as ample closet space for your belongings. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and kettle, making it easy to prepare your own meals. The bathroom includes a shower and a toilet. For your convenience, the apartment also features Wi-Fi and a television. Facing the courtyard and fitted with shutters and curtains, the studio offers a quiet, pleasant atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work in Paris. Bed linen and towels are provided so you can travel light.

Keys can be picked up at a shop located a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The shop closes at 11:00 PM. No parties allowed Non-smoking accommodation No pets allowed Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the property itself :) Early check-in & late check-out: For any arrival before 4:00 PM or departure after 10:00 AM, a surcharge of €10 per hour applies, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you have such a request so we can make the necessary arrangements.
