A family-friendly apartment located near the village-like Batignolles, right in the idyllic peripheries of Paris.

Welcome! A modern apartment surrounded by lush greenery; everything you'll need can be found within an arms reach. Comprised of an open living space with a large couch, a fully-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine for your own personal pleasure, and a small dining area. The space has been made to be laptop-friendly in mind and is super convenient for those who work on-the-go or remotely. The main bedroom has a double bed lined with hotel quality lines for your absolute comfort, while the room next door can be used to fit an extra 2 guests as the sofa can be converted into a secondary bed (both rooms are of the same size). The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Fresh towels and toiletries are also provided. My home will be cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
