Please note before booking: façade renovation work will take place on the courtyard side of the building starting on April 27, 2026, and is scheduled to be completed by July 31, 2026. Scaffolding will be installed for the entire period, and there may occasionally be some visual or noise disturbances during the day. Rest assured, however, that this work will not affect the comfort of the apartment, which will remain fully accessible, quiet at night, and perfectly functional for your stay. Situated on the ground floor on a living street, this tastefully decorated 37m2 apartment is near various top attractions in Paris, such as Palais Garnier! Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove and a microwave. Additionally, the apartment provides ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom boasts a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. لقد أقمنا في هذه الشقة في زيارة سابقة لباريس. وهي ذات موقع جيد ومجهزة تجهيزاً جيداً ونظيفة ومريحة. المقاهي والمطاعم والمخابز والأسواق كلها قريبة من الشقة. أوصي بهذه الشقة للآخرين الذين يزورون باريس.
