My accommodation is close to Rue Montorgueil, a pedestrian street which is the shopping heart of the district, and some stores are among the oldest in Paris, Le Barav, cellar, wine bar and friendly restaurant in the heart of the Haut Marais, near Place de la République in the 3rd arrondissement in Paris and Stohrer, the oldest pastry shop in the capital - has existed since 1730 -, holding several prizes, including that of the best chocolate eclair in Paris, awarded by Le Figaro, it is one of the oldest establishments in Paris, but also one of the most famous. It will be easy to visit whatever you want in Paris. Close to all tourist areas and a great choice of shops and restaurants right outside your door.

It is perfectly organized to welcome you comfortably whether it is for a stay with friends, family, or for business. Indeed the apartment has 2 double bedrooms with comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower, another one with bath and a separated WC, a fully equipped open kitchen, a lounge area with a TV, and WIFI access. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a hob, coffee maker, fridge, kettle, toaster, and other utilities. There is a dining room where you can enjoy delicious home-cooked meals after a day on the town. Enjoy your trip!

Please note that the flat is in a typical Parisian building without an elevator on the 3rd floor. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 incurs a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been broken (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette ends, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least € 300.
