Welcome to my 44 m² apartment on the ground floor in the 4th Arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates 2 people, with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro station, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris! Please note that this property is only available through a mobility lease for min 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful 44 m² apartment on the ground floor. Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to 3 people, perfect for sharing meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery. The accommodation comprises a bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen – 160 x 200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a mirror, a hair dryer, a towel dryer and toilets. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay! Please note that the apartment is located in a lively area of Paris, which may result in some daytime activity and noise. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
