The 4th arrondissement is located in the centre of Paris. It is very touristy, including half of the Ile de la Cité (with the Notre-Dame cathedral), all of Ile St. Louis, plus a good part of the Marais, on the right bank. During the day, its stone architecture and narrow streets in the Middle Ages style are admired. On foot, make a detour to Ile de la cité, the cradle of Paris. As a seat of power for many centuries, the Ile de la Cité is the perfect place to walk. Speaking of walks, the Rue François Miron may hold a few surprises for you and fill your eyes with wonder. They can start their day by entering the Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral, then go to the Georges-Pompidou National Centre of Art and Culture and finish by visiting the National Museum of Modern Art. For shopping enthusiasts, go through Rue des Francs Bourgeois (boundary between the 3rd and 4th arrondissements) where you will find shops selling various clothes and accessories. Many restaurants are in the 4th arrondissement, especially in the Marais, on the Ile Saint-Louis, and around the Centre Pompidou. Note that many squares are located in the 4th, such as the Place de la Bastille, a symbolic place of the French Revolution. It is also located in the 4th arrondissement where the Town Hall is located. For a moment of relaxation, I highly recommend the Place des Vosges.

This apartment, located on the 3rd floor without an elevator in the 4th arrondissement, is the perfect spot for a solo traveler or a couple. You'll enjoy being close to many iconic landmarks such as Notre-Dame and Sainte-Chapelle. In addition, the Pont Marie metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. Please note that this apartment is only available under a mobility lease.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 3rd floor without a lift, this quiet, modern, and tastefully decorated 50m² apartment is located on one of the 2 prestigious islands in the heart of Paris. Ile Saint Louis is home to many celebrities and Paris' most expensive private property (Hotel Lambert), just a few meters away from your door. This apartment has an open floor plan, no vis-à-vis, high ceilings with wooden beams, and original 17th century tiles floors. The living room features a large sofa-bed (for a potential additional guest), a fireplace, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. This is where you’ll also find the washing machine and the dryer. Welcome! The front door of this 50m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living room area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a large television. The dining area offers a table for six. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals. There are four additional chairs and a table for two in the closet. The bedroom features a king-size bed (180 x 200) carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A closet will allow you to store your belongings and make you feel right at home. The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a shower, and a toilet. Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit for one room. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All you have to do is enjoy!
