Welcome to my apartment! Bright and tastefully decorated, this 32 m² lovely attic apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as the Arc of Triomphe! It is located on the 4th floor, which is accessible by stairs from the 3rd floor. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a low table and two chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a microwave with an oven option. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

The WC is equipped with a sanibroyeur, and only toilet paper should be disposed of in it. A trash bin for other items is provided on the side of the toilet. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a penalty of 100€ charged to the guest. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
