It can comfortably accommodate four people with its bright living room, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for families or quiet friends group Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can easily explore Paris and its attractions!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 67m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as the Eiffel Tower! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The main bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the other has two single beds (90x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Please note that you do not have access to the garden. Smoking on the property or in the garden is strictly forbidden. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: There is ongoing construction work in the common areas: painting, floor protection, installation of a second entrance door (all day, all week).
