The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "arrondissement de la Bourse". The headquarters of the famous CAC40 is known for hosting a large number of financial players. The main attractions are all within walking distance from here. You are only a few steps away from the Louvre, the Place Vendôme, or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens. The Montorgueil district with its pedestrian street, its bars, restaurants, and shops is a must to enjoy the evenings in the capital! Looking for a green space to rest or take the sun, I recommend the square Louvois. Numerous exceptional shops, restaurants, bars, brasseries, cafés, or small grocery stores in the neighborhood, on the rue des petits champs or, not far away, on the famous rue Saint Honoré are at your disposal for a unique experience. The area is also an ideal starting point for shopping, only 10 minutes from the Champs Elysées, Avenue Montaigne, or Galeries Lafayette.

Fitted with a plush sofa, a TV, a dining area, and a kitchen, relax in the open living room after spending a long day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, a coffee machine, and an oven. The bedroom contains a comfy double bed (fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort) and multiple storage spaces for your belongings. There’s also a piano available if you like to play a few tunes! The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay!
