Welcome to my 70m² apartment on the 11th floor with a lift in the 19th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate four people with its two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony.  Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet and charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful 70 m² apartment, located on the 11th floor (with a lift), it has a charming view on all of Paris and its monuments. Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to attractions such as Buttes-Chaumont Park, shops, and the metro station, and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x 190) and a desk. The second bedroom offers a futon that converts into a double bed (140x 190), a work desk, and a library. Both beds are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. Please note that the floors in the rooms are covered with seagrass; this is a natural material that gives off a slight odour. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a towel dryer, and a mirror. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is separated. The balcony offers a pleasant relaxation area furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or people with allergies to cats. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
