The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "arrondissement de la Bourse". The headquarters of the famous CAC40 is known for hosting many financial players. It is a small stopover in the most prestigious district of Paris. Just a few streets away from the luxury boutiques or the magnificent Palais Royal, live a unique Parisian experience. You will find the famous "rue de la Paix" in this district. The main attractions are all within walking distance from here. You are only a few steps away from the Louvre, the Place Vendôme or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens, the Conciergerie, the Sainte Chapelle, the Beaubourg Centre, the boutiques of the Halles and the Saint Eustache Church, the Place des Victoires (one of the five royal squares of Paris), the rue Saint Honoré with its designers, the Opera, the Grands Boulevards, the Palais Brongniart or the superb Galerie Vivienne. The Montorgueil district, with its pedestrian streets, bars, restaurants, and shops, is a must-have for enjoying the evenings in the capital! Looking for a green space to rest or take the sun? I recommend the square Louvois. Numerous exceptional shops, restaurants, bars, brasseries, cafés or small grocery stores in the neighbourhood, on the rue des petits champs or, not far away, on the famous rue Saint Honoré are at your disposal for a unique experience. The area is also an ideal starting point for shopping, as it is only 10 minutes from the Champs Elysées, Avenue Montaigne, or Galeries Lafayette.

Welcome to my studio! Situated on the 2nd floor without a lift, this lovely and tastefully decorated 20m² studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a cooking plate, a fridge and a microwave. There's also a dining area for two people. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.

شقة جميلة وموقعها ممتاز. كان العيب الوحيد هو أن جهاز توجيه الواي فاي لم يكن يعمل منذ اليوم الأول ولم يقوموا بإصلاحه أبدًا؛ بل اكتفوا بإعطائي مودم لاسلكي غير عالي السرعة، لذا كان الإنترنت بطيئًا جدًّا
