It comfortably accommodates four people, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a 20 m² furnished terrace. Ideally situated just 3 minutes from the metro, it will allow you to enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Light.

Welcome to this beautiful 120 m² flat, located on the 7th floor (with a lift). Modern, colourful and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links and more, making it the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa (not a sofa bed) and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), utensils and crockery. The property comprises 2 bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure comfort and tranquillity. The master bedroom (queen-size bed: 160 x 200 cm) has an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a desk. An en-suite bathroom with a shower is attached. The toilet is separate. You will also find a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. The outdoor area offers a pleasant, green space to relax: a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a quiet moment. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector (and a carbon monoxide detector) for your safety. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.
