Welcome to my 47m² apartment on the 1st floor in the 8th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.  Ideally located minutes from the metro and train station, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful 47 m² apartment on the 1st floor (no lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location and is the ideal base for exploring the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to four people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils and crockery. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (one queen 160x190 and 2 singles – 90x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. There is also a washing machine and ironing equipment for added convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a towel-dryer, a hair-dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
