This beautifully furnished and decorated apartment is located in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants and shops. The apartment is ideal for a family or group of friends who want to enjoy their time in Paris to the fullest.

The property has a very well-decorated and spacious living/dining room that gives off a cosy and warm ambience. It is well-furnished with a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV, making it an ideal space for relaxing and enjoying quality time with your loved ones. Just next to it, there is a fully equipped kitchen. It has all the essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. There are 2 fully equipped bedrooms. The first one is both a cosy and well-ventilated space, It is decked out with a king-size bed that is both comfy and aesthetically pleasing. It has a TV and a wardrobe to store your belongings, so you can have all the more reason to relax in your space. The second contains a not less comfy queen bed. All beds include hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
