The 5th arrondissement of Paris is one of the oldest districts, including part of the Latin Quarter, which dates back to Antiquity. The 5th arrondissement is a neighbourhood known for its cultural aspect and many universities. Indeed, there are public institutions such as the Sorbonne, where you can visit the seventeenth-century chapel where the tomb of Cardinal Richelieu rests and many bookstores. While walking through the Latin Quarter, you will also come across significant sites of Parisian heritage, such as the famous Pantheon dedicated to the memory of the essential figures of the nation, the Gallo-Roman baths and the sumptuous medieval museum of Cluny, the ancient arenas of Lutetia, the monumental fountain of the famous Place Saint-Michel or the very pleasant Jardin des Plantes. Along with the Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montmartre, the 5th arrondissement is undoubtedly one of the best places for local travellers! It is trendy because many restaurants and pubs welcome many people in the evening. On the visiting side, the 5th arrondissement is home to the Panthéon de Paris, the Museum of the Middle Ages and the National Museum of Natural History. The Irish Cultural Centre of Paris is also located in the 5th arrondissement. This district is also very "green". Tourists can relax in the Jardin des plantes de Paris, the Arènes de Lutèce or the Jardin Carré.

Welcome to my 31m² apartment on the 4th floor with a lift (you have to go up the stairs to the first floor where the lift is) in the 5th Arrondissement in Paris. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its bright living room with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Ideally located 6 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a pleasant stay exploring Paris!

Welcome to my studio! Situated on the 4th floor with a lift starting from the first floor, this modern and tastefully decorated 31m² studio is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as the Panthéon and the National Museum of Natural History! The studio is designed with open living, dining, and sleeping areas. The living space features a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a TV for entertainment. You can also access the private balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, a fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine, to prepare delicious meals. There's also a dining area where you can enjoy meals with loved ones. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a hair dryer, clean towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
