Welcome to my apartment! It is located on the 4th floor, accessible only by stairs. Tastefully decorated, this lovely 28 m² apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and numerous restaurants in the surrounding areas, offering a wide range of gastronomic options. The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area is bright with a lot of natural sunlight, making it even more inviting. This space also features a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed and a wardrobe, and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note that ongoing work is being conducted in the building, which may cause some noise disturbance. Unfortunately, we do not have a confirmed end date for the works. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.

أقمنا في الشقة لمدة 4 أشهر وأحببناها! كان الحي رائعاً، وكان المنظر وكل ما يتعلق بالشقة رائعاً. كان النزلاء متعاونين للغاية وسريعين في الإجابة على الأسئلة عند الحاجة. نوصي بها بالتأكيد!
