It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a living room featuring a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally located just a 4-minute walk from the metro, you’ll be able to enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay in Paris.

Welcome to my apartment! The front door of this 33 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space. The living room features a very comfortable sofa bed for two, as well as a television. It opens onto a balcony with a lovely view. The dining area includes a table that can seat up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (microwave, kettle, coffee machine). The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens. A large closet is available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home. The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a bathtub, and a toilet. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. A professional cleaning service is carried out between each stay. All that’s left for you to do is unpack and enjoy!
