Enjoy a pleasant stay in this apartment, furnished and equipped for your comfort: Living room: A cosy space with a double sofa bed, a TV, a pretty coffee table and a dining table for convivial moments. Kitchen: Small, functional kitchen with hob, extractor hood, microwave, washing machine, small fridge and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments. Bedroom: A cosy bedroom with a double bed for a wonderful night's sleep. Bathroom: A functional bathroom with a shower, a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience. Toilet: The toilet is located in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels provided for each guest. Everything has been thought of to make you feel at home. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a secure building with elevator. Work is currently underway in the condominium, with external scaffolding in the courtyard. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that the price takes this into account.

The apartment is non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors. - Parties are not permitted. - Self-check-in is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - Telephone support is available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. - Arrangement of a private driver for VIP airport pickup, available upon request 48 hours in advance starting at €80 - The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). This property is available only for medium-term rentals under a lease agreement. The contract is written in French and must be signed in that language. If necessary, we encourage you to have it translated into your native language before signing. With this rental, you are entitled to a flat rate of 70 euros per month for electricity consumption, equivalent to 350 kWh (0.20 cents per kWh). Beyond this amount, you will be billed for the cost per kWh based on meter readings taken before and after your stay. Out of respect for energy conservation, please be sure to systematically turn off lights and appliances when not in use, and adopt eco-friendly practices throughout your stay.
