Additionally, the Pont de Neuilly metro station is a 4-minute walk away, providing easy access to La Défense in 15 minutes and the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées in 20 minutes. This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is a 69m² T3 located on the 1st floor with an elevator. The front door opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa, a tv and a desk. The dining area offers a table for four guests. The kitchen includes all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. It is fully equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and the second has a bunk bed that is perfect for your children (90 x 200). The beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linen. The bathroom includes a sink, a mirror, a shower and a toilet. A washing machine and dryer are among the amenities. A second separate toilet with a Japanese bidet is also present. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease. Enjoy your stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
