Ideally located on Place Pitrac in the very center of Mont-de-Marsan, this renovated apartment offers everything needed for a leisure or business stay. It features a double bed with storage, a desk, fiber-optic internet, air conditioning, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the Saint-Roch car park is right nearby. Bed linen, bath towels, and a starter kit of essentials are provided for your stay.

First-floor studio in the very center of town, accessible via a narrow staircase. It features an equipped kitchen with a dining area and workspace, a bedroom with a large double bed and TV, and an en-suite shower room with a shower and toilet. Please note: the windows overlook a bar terrace, which may result in noise disturbances, particularly in the evening.

Street parking is available and payable Monday through Saturday. The St. Roch car park is closed and payable. Note that it is closed Saturday and Tuesday mornings for the market.
