The modern kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. You will also enjoy the bathroom with washing machine and the separate toilet. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and a welcome kit are provided.

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) of a small residential building; it features two bedrooms with double beds and storage space, an equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet.

Parking around the property is convenient and varied: - Parking Rue de la Bastide (30 meters away): free for 2 hours, then paying during the day. - Parking Dulamon (at 100 meters): free for 1 hour, then paying during the day. - Parking Francis Planté (200 meters away): completely free, including during the day. - Parking spaces are also available at the foot of the building and on the adjacent streets: free for 2 hours, then paid during the day. Parking is completely free on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays.
