Welcome to my apartment! This industrial, 60m2 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a well-located building in the heart of Madrid, and it comes with elevator access (given the historic nature of the building the entry way as well as the apartment layout does not facilitate wheelchair access). The apartment is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in the city center! This living room features a comfortable seating area with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for lounging after a tiring day. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to prepare home-cooked meals, including a cooking plate and an oven. There's also a washing machine and ironing equipment for all your laundry needs. If you wish to dine in, there's a dining area where you can dine with loved ones. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort before your arrival. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes.To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the contract signed, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
