Welcome to my apartment! This charming 50 m² studio offers a comfortable and cozy space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the second floor with elevator access. The apartment features an open-plan design with living, dining, and kitchen areas that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and a TV. A charming dining table provides the perfect place for guests to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, and appliances. Features a double bed, a TV, and ample storage space. Bed linen is provided. The bathroom includes all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your scheduled arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
