The property features a practical layout and carefully renovated spaces with bright and contemporary décor that combines soft tones, modern furniture and a pleasant atmosphere to rest after a day in the city. The accommodation has 2 double beds and 2 single beds, making it an excellent option for families, groups of friends or business stays. Additionally, it features 2 full bathrooms with shower, designed to provide greater comfort and independence for all guests during their stay. The property includes a comfortable living-dining area, equipped kitchen and well-used spaces to offer a practical and pleasant experience. Its location in Madrid allows you to enjoy a peaceful stay, with easy access to services, transport and areas of interest in the city, ideal for both tourist visits and business trips. Note: this apartment is for temporary rental. It is not available for stays for tourist purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease contract and provide the reason for the stay. After the reservation, you will receive the contract for signature. Without the signature, the reservation will be cancelled without right to refund.

Check-in at this accommodation is self check-in with smart lock. A smartphone with battery and internet connection is required; no physical keys are used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in available upon request). You will receive the link and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once check-in registration is complete. We provide basic amenities for the first few days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be delighted to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces if the property has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking.
