Welcome to my apartment! This cozy apartment is located on the 5th floor without elevator access, in the heart of Madrid (C. de la Escalinata, 19), located very close to several important city spots such as Plaza Mayor and with easy access to different areas according to your needs. This apartment is designed with all areas comfortably laid out. First, you will find the living room where you and your companion can enjoy the comfort of the armchairs and the welcoming decoration of the apartment. Then we have the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need. It includes an induction hob, fridge, oven, coffee maker, as well as essential cutlery and utensils. It also has a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an extendable table for two. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, equipped with bed linens. After that you will find a small full bathroom with courtesy amenities for the first days of your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a seasonal rental agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without signing the contract, the reservation will be canceled without refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check‑in can be done from 15:00, subject to availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. It is not available for tourist purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory. We provide basic items for first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and trash bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen, please let us know and we will gladly provide it for an additional charge. There is a zero‑tolerance policy regarding smoking inside the property. If our team finds evidence of a violation of this rule (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum €200 fee for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Additional keys: €20 (additional set of keys when available, lost keys, or door opening service during your stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of the cleaning fee. Extra linen: provided free of charge upon request (including towels and bed linen) for stays longer than 10 days. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

كانت التجربة بشكل عام رائعة. المشكلة الوحيدة هي أن مكيف الهواء الرئيسي توقف عن العمل قبل وصولي ببضعة أيام، لكنهم شرحوا لي الموقف ووضعوا مكيفًا محمولًا في الشقة. الموقع رائع.
