The apartment has reversible air conditioning, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, and a layout designed to optimize space and everyday comfort. Rated 3 stars and official partner of the Lyon Tourist Office. 🛋️ Living space The main room is equipped with a comfortable 140×190 foldaway double bed, a sofa, an HD TV, and a desk that is ideal for working in peace. The apartment is bright and airy, with modern and functional furnishings, as well as reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort in all seasons. 🍳 Modern, fully equipped kitchen The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, dishes, utensils, a full set of cookware, and a Nespresso coffee machine, so you can cook just like at home. 🛏️ Sleeping area The 140×190 double bed is foldable, freeing up space during the day while ensuring real comfort at night. Upon arrival: As soon as you enter the apartment, please report any malfunctions or anomalies you may notice. Respect for the property and the neighborhood: We are happy to share with you an apartment designed to offer comfort and quality. Please treat this space as if it were your own so that it remains pleasant for future guests. To this end, we ask you to: Respect the residential environment: Comply with the building's internal regulations. Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Energy savings: Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment. Keep the apartment in good condition: When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy.
