Welcome! This elegant 20m2 studio is close to London's main attractions, including Oxford Street and Regent's Park. Located on the lower ground floor via stairs. There is a skylight providing natural light into the room. It perfectly combines comfort and style, featuring tasteful furnishings and modern amenities. You'll find a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a TV to watch your favourite shows. Complimentary tea and instant coffee are provided for your convenience. Indulge in a luxurious bathroom with a rain shower, stunning marble walls, and elegant gold accents. The bathroom includes all the essentials for a refreshing stay, including fresh towels and toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Kindly note that in-stay cleaning is not included, but it can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: Due to the location of this unit, some sound from the main ventilation system may be present during your stay. Please note that no compensation will be provided, as this is advertised. Additionally, for safety reasons, the windows in this unit cannot be opened. Please note that the nearby construction works are expected to continue until September/November 2026. Some noise disruption may be expected between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please note that due to the location of this unit, some sound from the main ventilation system may be present during your stay. Please note that no compensation will be provided, as this is advertised. Additionally, for safety reasons, the windows in this unit cannot be opened. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
