It features a king-size bed, a single armchair, a TV, and a dedicated workspace with a desk, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. The compact kitchenette includes a two-ring hob, microwave, mini fridge, extractor hood, coffee machine, and kettle, providing everything you need during your stay. The studio also features a private bathroom for your exclusive use. As the studio overlooks the railway side of the building, the windows have a restricted opening and cannot be fully opened. However, they are fitted with quadruple-glazed acoustic glass, making the studio exceptionally quiet despite facing a busy road and the nearby railway. To help maintain a comfortable environment, the room is equipped with an air circulation system, a desk fan, and an air cooler. Please note that these provide ventilation and cooling but are not air conditioning. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the property's shared amenities, including a fully equipped communal kitchen, dining area, comfortable lounge, and laundry facilities, offering additional space and convenience throughout their stay.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). This accommodation is located within a hotel-style building where each room, studio, or apartment is privately occupied. Guests have exclusive use of their own accommodation while sharing selected communal facilities, including the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, and laundry room. You may encounter other guests in the building's shared spaces during your stay. Please note: The windows in this room have a restricted opening and cannot be fully opened. The room is equipped with an air circulation system, a desk fan, and an air cooler for added comfort. Please note that these are not air conditioning units. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke odour, ash, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of £300. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
