A private roof terrace also offers a lovely outdoor spot for a breath of fresh air, though the real heart of the flat is its thoughtfully styled interior. The flat features one beautifully furnished bedroom with a comfortable double bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. There is one well-appointed bathroom with a combined shower and bath, and the property is situated on the first floor, providing a quiet, elevated setting above the street. Inside, the living area is warm and inviting, with two comfortable sofas and a striking built-in bookshelf that adds real character to the space. Carefully curated with a mix of books and decorative pieces, it reflects the unique charm and personality of the home. The dining area provides a pleasant place to enjoy meals, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances for everyday cooking.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
