Earl’s Court is one of West London’s most vibrant and well loved neighbourhoods, known for its elegant Victorian buildings, international atmosphere and lively local scene. The area offers a fantastic selection of cafés, restaurants, pubs and independent shops, all within easy walking distance. Earls Court Road and Old Brompton Road are home to popular local spots such as The Blackbird, a traditional British pub with a lively atmosphere, and The Troubadour, one of London’s oldest coffee houses known for its rich music history. Nearby West Brompton also offers relaxed cafés and neighbourhood restaurants, while Kensington provides a refined dining scene with well known restaurants such as Dishoom Kensington and the historic Churchill Arms pub. Guests staying in the area are also close to some of London’s most famous cultural attractions, including the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Science Museum in nearby South Kensington. The studio comfortably accommodates two guests and is arranged as an open-plan living space rather than a separate bedroom layout. It features one bathroom with a walk-in shower and is located on the lower ground floor of the building. The sleeping area includes a comfortable double sized bed, creating a cosy and relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the city. Inside, the apartment showcases a modern Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic that feels both stylish and calming. The interiors are built around a neutral palette with soft whites, warm wood flooring and clean architectural lines, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere. The open-plan living area combines the lounge, dining space and kitchen, allowing the studio to feel both practical and airy. A comfortable sofa provides a welcoming place to relax, while a small dining nook offers a pleasant spot for meals or working from home. This property is offered exclusively under a French Mobility Lease ("Bail Mobilité") for a temporary stay of 1 to 10 months, in accordance with French law. It is intended in particular for: • Students, interns, or apprentices • Employees on temporary assignments • Individuals relocating for professional reasons • Consultants or employees temporarily accommodated by their company To review your request and verify your eligibility for a Mobility Lease, please send us a message clearly explaining the purpose of your stay: reason for travel, desired duration, professional or student status, number of occupants, etc. Before final approval, supporting documents will be required to confirm your eligibility: • ID document, proof of enrollment, internship agreement, etc. • Employment contract, assignment order, employer certificate, etc. • Or any document justifying the temporary nature of the stay By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read and understood these specific requirements, agree to provide the necessary supporting documents, and agree to sign the corresponding rental agreement. A Mobility Lease agreement will be drafted and signed in French. It will specify, among other things, the duration of the stay, the temporary reason for occupancy, and the conditions applicable to this type of rental. If your situation does not meet the legal requirements of a Mobility Lease, if the requested supporting documents are not provided, or if the lease agreement is not signed, the booking request cannot be accepted or maintained. This accommodation is not suitable for short-term tourist rentals or for standard long-term rentals without a qualifying mobility-related reason. The price paid includes the rent as well as a fixed charge package covering internet, electricity, taxes, and platform fees, for normal occupancy of the property. This accommodation is intended for temporary occupancy under a Mobility Lease.
