Set on a raised ground floor, the home combines contemporary interiors with subtle period charm, creating a calm and elegant retreat within easy reach of central London. The studio accommodates up to two guests and features a high-quality double sofa bed, carefully selected for comfort. There is one bathroom with a shower over bath. The living and sleeping area is thoughtfully arranged and sits separately from the kitchen and bathroom, providing a sense of privacy and a well-defined layout despite the open-plan design. Inside, the studio is designed in a bright, contemporary style with a refined, minimalist aesthetic. A soft neutral palette and large sash windows create an abundance of natural light, giving the space an airy and welcoming feel throughout. Light wood flooring and clean lines are complemented by warm textures and carefully considered details, striking a balance between modern simplicity and understated comfort. A decorative fireplace adds a subtle sense of character, while the overall styling remains sleek and uncluttered. The kitchen is compact yet well finished, with modern cabinetry, tiled splashbacks and integrated appliances including a combination washer and dryer, making it practical for both short and longer stays. This property is offered exclusively under a French Mobility Lease ("Bail Mobilité") for a temporary stay of 1 to 10 months, in accordance with French law. It is intended in particular for: • Students, interns, or apprentices • Employees on temporary assignments • Individuals relocating for professional reasons • Consultants or employees temporarily accommodated by their company To review your request and verify your eligibility for a Mobility Lease, please send us a message clearly explaining the purpose of your stay: reason for travel, desired duration, professional or student status, number of occupants, etc. Before final approval, supporting documents will be required to confirm your eligibility: • ID document, proof of enrollment, internship agreement, etc. • Employment contract, assignment order, employer certificate, etc. • Or any document justifying the temporary nature of the stay By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read and understood these specific requirements, agree to provide the necessary supporting documents, and agree to sign the corresponding rental agreement. A Mobility Lease agreement will be drafted and signed in French. It will specify, among other things, the duration of the stay, the temporary reason for occupancy, and the conditions applicable to this type of rental. If your situation does not meet the legal requirements of a Mobility Lease, if the requested supporting documents are not provided, or if the lease agreement is not signed, the booking request cannot be accepted or maintained. This accommodation is not suitable for short-term tourist rentals or for standard long-term rentals without a qualifying mobility-related reason. The price paid includes the rent as well as a fixed charge package covering internet, electricity, taxes, and platform fees, for normal occupancy of the property. This accommodation is intended for temporary occupancy under a Mobility Lease.
