Slightly further afield are Edgware Road and Marylebone which both have many different styles of restaurants to choose from. Paddington is brilliantly situated for access to the West End for world class shopping, restaurants, art galleries, museums, theatres and cinemas. Within easy walking distance are the Regent's Canal, Little Venice, Hyde Park and Regents Park, as well as the famous areas of Marylebone, Portobello and Notting Hill. To further discover London heritage, you can also visit several museums like the British Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Science Museum, and the Leighton House Museum.

Situated on the second floor with lift access, the property offers both convenience and comfort within a well-maintained building. Disclaimer: The property is not suitable for children and infants. Inside, the home boasts a bright and thoughtfully designed living space, styled with a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The living area includes a comfortable sofa, a smart TV and a dedicated dining space, creating a welcoming environment to relax or unwind after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher and a combination washer dryer, as well as all essential cookware for preparing meals at home. Excessive noise, particularly during evening and night hours, will not be tolerated. *No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed at the property. *The property may not be used for any commercial purposes, including filming or professional photography. *Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service dogs. *Guests are responsible for following the rubbish disposal instructions provided for the property. Please note that City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left at the property. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
