This two-bedroom apartment is situated in the lively area of Queensway, just a few minutes walk from local cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars on Queensway or Notting Hill. Hyde Park and Kensington Palace are less than 10 minutes' walk from the apartment. The property is also conveniently located just 160 meters from Queensway tube station, and less than 100 meters from Bayswater tube station, making it the perfect location for your stay in London. Located on the fourth floor (with lift), this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The smoke-free property features a living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen, and large windows throughout the apartment provide abundant natural light throughout the apartment. The living room is equipped with a three-seater sofa, TV, and a round dining table that can seat four people. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, and both rooms feature hanging closets for ample storage. One of the rooms includes a vanity mirror and spacious cabinet storage. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub featuring an overhead rain shower head, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring the city. To make the property feel like a home away from home, we offer complimentary WiFi and our complimentary range of luxury amenities: - Fresh, high-quality linen and towels - Eco-friendly luxury toiletries

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
