Upstairs, you'll find two cosy bedrooms and a completely renovated bathroom with both separate bath and shower. The property retains beautiful original features including sliding sash windows, high ceilings, and a classic fireplace. What's Included: • Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, and compact fridge (no freezer compartment) • Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries • Hotel-quality bed linens • Free WiFi throughout • All essential kitchen equipment for home cooking Please note: This is a charming maisonette with stairs connecting the two floors. The entrance is accessed via the building's communal stairway. For your safety and peace of mind, the property is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay. On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
