Living Areas: A tastefully furnished lounge with smart TV for relaxation, plus a separate dining area accommodating up to six guests. Perfect for group gatherings. Garden: Private outdoor space with furniture—ideal for afternoon tea, al fresco dining, or simply unwinding. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, crockery, and a washer-dryer for your convenience. Bedrooms: Two double beds (bedrooms 1 & 2) and one king bed (bedroom 3). All rooms are elegantly appointed with hotel-quality linens. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with clean towels, complimentary toiletries, and all essentials. Layout Note: The house spans three levels with multiple staircases. Please consider this if mobility is a concern. Professionally cleaned and welcoming for your arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
