The space has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with natural light that makes it even more inviting. Enjoy the private outdoor terrace, the perfect spot for your morning coffee, a good book, or unwinding after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, as well as an electric hob, oven, kettle and toaster, allowing you to prepare meals throughout your stay. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs. For a restful night's sleep, the bedroom features a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
