The apartment features an open floor plan, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The living room has a large sofa and a dining table for five is also available. Additionally, there is a private balcony with a comfortable seating area to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. One bedroom features a king-size bed, while the other offers two single ones with different heights. Both rooms have complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom is well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

The property is located in close proximity to a train line, which may not be ideal for individuals who are sensitive to noise. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
